Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Adeniyi Jewelry. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Return Instructions:

1. Email us at ambbie007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with return steps.
3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us immediately with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
